These terms of use govern the use of the psplusuzb.uz website, the placing of orders, and the use of PlayStation services provided by psplusuzb.uz.

By using the website, placing an order or using our service, the user acknowledges having read these terms and consents to them.

1. General information

psplusuzb.uz offers users PlayStation-related services, including:

• PlayStation Plus subscriptions;
• PlayStation game purchase / sharing service;
• Game rental service;
• Gift Cards;
• Other PlayStation digital services.

psplusuzb.uz is not an official representative, partner or distributor of Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation or their affiliates unless expressly stated in writing.

PlayStation, PS Plus and other related names, marks and brands belong to their respective legal owners.

2. Service description

The services offered on the website may include the delivery of digital products or digital services.

Depending on the service type, delivery may be carried out in the following ways:

• By delivering a code or Gift Card;
• By activating a PlayStation Plus subscription;
• By providing instructions for signing in to a PlayStation account;
• By providing instructions for purchasing / sharing a game;
• By agreement on game rental terms;
• In another form previously agreed with the user.

3. Placing an order

When placing an order, the user is obliged to provide correct and complete information.

psplusuzb.uz is not responsible for delays, cancellation or incorrect execution of the order if the issue arose from the user providing incorrect, incomplete or altered information.

An order is considered accepted once confirmed by the user and the corresponding payment has been made, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are given in Uzbek soʻm unless otherwise stated.

psplusuzb.uz reserves the right to change prices, promotions, available services and terms at any time.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, except in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to the user or a third party.

Payment may be made through available payment methods, including bank transfer, online payment or another agreed method.

5. Delivery and activation

Delivery time of digital products and services depends on the specific service, the accuracy of the information provided by the user, payment confirmation and technical circumstances.

We strive to complete orders quickly, but psplusuzb.uz does not guarantee immediate fulfillment of every order.

Fulfillment of an order may be delayed in the following cases:

• Payment delay or non-confirmation;
• Incorrect information provided by the user;
• Technical issues with PlayStation Network or other third-party service;
• Regional restrictions;
• Additional security checks;
• Other circumstances outside psplusuzb.uz’s control.

6. PlayStation Plus account purchase / use service

psplusuzb.uz offers users the use of a PlayStation Plus account on an account-sharing basis.

This service does not mean a full transfer of the account to the user’s ownership. The account remains the property of psplusuzb.uz, and the user is granted the right to use it on agreed terms.

7. P1 and P2 variants of the PlayStation Plus account

The PlayStation Plus account use service is available in two forms:

P1 — the user plays with the account provided by psplusuzb.uz. This option requires an internet connection.

P2 — the user can play with their own PlayStation account by enabling the sharing function.

In both cases, the user uses the account provided by psplusuzb.uz and has no right to change any account data.

8. Important conditions for accounts purchased through the PlayStation Plus sharing service

An account intended for the PS4 console is not transferred to a PS5 console unless the parties have agreed otherwise in advance.

Under the P1 variant, the account remains on the user’s console. The PlayStation Plus subscription can also be continued under appropriate terms.

Under the P2 variant, psplusuzb.uz reserves the right, after the term expires, to replace the user’s account and provide another.

psplusuzb.uz accepts responsibility for the security of the provided account, provided the user fully complies with these terms and instructions.

9. Prohibition on modifying shared account data

The user is strictly prohibited from changing any data on the account provided by psplusuzb.uz, including but not limited to:

• Changing the email address;
• Changing the password;
• Changing security settings;
• Transferring the account to another device or third party;
• Attempting to restrict another user’s access to the account;
• Attempting to take over the account or change control over it;
• Any action that could harm or restrict use of the account.

The provided account belongs entirely to psplusuzb.uz.

If the user changes or attempts to change account data, psplusuzb.uz reserves the right to immediately terminate the user’s access to the account without refund.

Such action is considered a gross violation of the service terms.

10. PlayStation game purchase through sharing service

psplusuzb.uz offers users the purchase of PlayStation games through the sharing service.

The game sharing service works through account sharing and is available in two forms:

P1 — the user plays with the account provided by psplusuzb.uz. This option requires an internet connection.

P2 — the user can play with their own PlayStation account by enabling the sharing function.

In both cases, the user uses the account provided by psplusuzb.uz and is obliged to follow the rules of account use.

11. Duration of game use

When purchasing PlayStation games through sharing, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the game remains with the user indefinitely.

This means access to the game is preserved for the user subject to the following conditions:

• The user does not change the data of the provided account;
• Does not violate the rules of account use;
• Does not transfer the account to a third party;
• Does not attempt to take over the account or restrict access;
• Does not violate the terms of PlayStation Network or psplusuzb.uz.

12. Game rental service

psplusuzb.uz offers users a PlayStation game rental service.

Game rental terms are defined according to the specific offer, including rental period, price, usage rules and other details.

The user is obliged to comply with rental terms, including:

• Not changing the data of the provided account;
• Not transferring access to a third party;
• Not attempting to use the account, game or service illegally;
• Not violating PlayStation Network rules;
• Not taking actions that could lead to restriction, blocking or damage to the account.

In case of rule violation, psplusuzb.uz reserves the right to restrict or cancel access to the service without refund.

13. Gift Cards and codes

When purchasing a Gift Card or digital code, the user is obliged to ensure before ordering that the selected product matches the region of their PlayStation account.

A code that has been used, activated or delivered to the user is refused for refund, except where the issue arose due to psplusuzb.uz and the code was not used.

14. Regions and restrictions

Some PlayStation products, subscriptions, games or Gift Cards may be tied to a specific region.

The user is obliged to ensure before ordering that the selected product or service matches their region, account and need.

psplusuzb.uz helps the user choose a suitable option, but final responsibility for the information provided by the user lies with the user themselves.

15. Refunds and cancellation

Digital products and digital services, including PlayStation Plus subscriptions, Gift Cards, game codes, activated services, shared accounts and the game rental service, are generally refused for refund once the product or service has been delivered, activated or made available to the user.

Refund of funds is only possible in the following cases:

• The order was not fulfilled due to psplusuzb.uz;
• The user did not receive the purchased product or service;
• The delivered product or service substantially fails to match the agreed terms and the issue cannot be resolved.

No refund is given if:

• The user provided incorrect information;
• The user changed account data or violated the instructions;
• The product or code has already been used;
• The service has already been activated;
• The user withdrew from the purchase after the service was delivered;
• The user violated P1/P2 use terms;
• The issue arose from PlayStation Network, Sony or other third-party rules, restrictions or technical defects.

16. Third-party services

Our services may depend on third-party platforms, including PlayStation Network, Sony services, payment providers and other technical systems.

psplusuzb.uz is not responsible for delays, restrictions, price changes, account blocks, regional restrictions or technical issues caused by the actions or systems of third parties.

17. User obligations

The user is responsible:

• For the accuracy of the information provided;
• For the security of their own PlayStation account;
• For correctly following the service instructions;
• For making payment in time and correctly;
• For the consequences of any action contrary to these terms, PlayStation Network rules or applicable law.

The user is obliged not to use the website or our services for fraudulent, illegal or dishonest purposes.

18. Prohibited actions

The user is prohibited from:

• Providing false or incorrect information;
• Using fraudulent payment methods;
• Modifying the data of the provided account;
• Transferring the service to a third party without permission;
• Attempting to damage the website or service;
• Using our content, texts, design or materials without permission;
• Any action that violates the law or these terms.

19. Support

psplusuzb.uz provides users with support through available communication channels.

Support is not 24/7 unless otherwise specified. We respond to user messages within a reasonable time considering workload and availability.

20. Limitation of liability

psplusuzb.uz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profit, lost data, account restriction or other damage, arising from improper use of the service by the user, third-party actions or technical malfunction.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the specific order.

21. Intellectual property

Texts, design, logo, structure and other materials placed on the website belong to psplusuzb.uz or the respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Copying, distributing or commercially using them without our prior permission is prohibited.

PlayStation-related names, marks and brands belong to their respective owners.

22. Changes to the terms

psplusuzb.uz reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time.

The updated version is published on the website and takes effect from the moment of publication unless otherwise stated.

The user is obliged to re-check the terms from time to time.

23. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In the event of a dispute, the parties strive to resolve the matter through negotiation. If agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
